General Terms & Conditions of Service

These General Terms and Conditions govern the provision of private security and protective services by FFGR Security Worldwide.

Scope

These terms apply to all mandates, protective programmes and advisory services provided by FFGR Security Worldwide, whether directly or through its accredited partner network.

Confidentiality

All mandates are governed by bespoke confidentiality agreements. The existence, scope and personnel of any protective programme are treated as strictly confidential information, extending to all officers, drivers, coordinators and operational partners.

Liability

FFGR Security Worldwide maintains comprehensive professional liability insurance for all assignments. Liability is limited to direct damages proven to result from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
